Paul Burgin Architecture is a full-service, LEED-accredited architecture firm specializing in modern, sustainable design. We are based in the Pleasure Point neighborhood of Santa Cruz but work throughout the western United States. Our primary areas of interest are sustainable residential and commercial design, ADUs, and progressive, art-inspired projects.

The El Rancho Shopping Center is a long established landmark approximately 21 unit commercial retail center servicing the Pleasure Point & 41st Avenue Area. In addition to a full range of various retail, service, and office units for Coffeetopia, (Local Coffee House), Dunlap Donuts, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, & Mt. Mike Pizza., the center offers plenty of valuable customer parking.

Dharma’s Restaurant serves international vegetarian and vegan cuisine. It has been family owned for over 40 years.

Ethos is a low-waste living shop and refillery, we focus on curating refillable and reusable alternatives to disposables that help put an end to throwaway culture.
